so low my chin
touched the floor.
We swam
to an island, floated
on swings-
back and forth
back and forth
-suspended in air.

  1. This poem says so much so simply. It’s deceptively simple, which is to say it’s elegant.

  2. really beautiful. love the brevity of lines and simplicity of your descriptions, it pulls me into a complicated world.

  3. Jerry says:

    Truth. Peace.
